Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders within the continental United States will ship via FedEx Ground.

Risk of Loss

When you buy a product from us, the purchase is made per a shipment contract.  The risk of loss and title for each product purchased from us passes to you once it has been delivered to the carrier (e.g. FedEx). We are not responsible for items lost during transit.

Refunds & Returns Policy

No Refunds

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please read the rest of this policy to see if an item can be returned to us for a full or partial store credit.

General Policy

Products in "saleable condition" (as defined below) may generally be returned to Vetlabels if the return is made within the timeframes and subject to the terms and conditions described below. For purposes of this policy, “saleable condition" will be unilaterally determined by Vetlabels based upon its ability to return the item to its inventory for resale in the normal course of its business without special preparation, testing, handling or expense.

If Vetlabels does participate in the return process for any product not in "saleable condition" (as solely determined by Vetlabels), any return credit to the customer will be based upon Vetlabels’ determination and will be subject to a minimum twenty-five (25%) percent restocking charge.

Ineligible Items

Regardless of condition, the following items are ineligible for returns:

  • Any item that has been used, opened, is only partially complete, or is without all original packaging, labeling, inserts, or operating manuals.
  • Products that are stickered, marked, damaged, defaced, or otherwise cannot readily be resold by Vetlabels for any reason.
  • Any item purchased on a "special order" basis, including custom orders, non-stock orders, and drop shipments.
  • Return requests made thirty (30) days or more after the date of purchase.

Defective Products

Any defective product may be returned for partial or full credit if returned within thirty (30) days of purchase. Vetlabels will supply a return label and there will be no restocking charge.

Shorts, Defects, and Damaged Merchandise

Claims of order shortages (e.g., invoiced but not received), defects, and/or damage must be reported within seven (7) business days of receipt of goods. Pricing and other errors/mistakes must be reported within fourteen (14) business days from the invoice date.

Force Majeure

We, our principals, employees, independent contractors, and agents shall not be liable for failure to perform any of our obligations under this policy during any period in which we cannot perform due to fire, earthquake, flood, or other natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, explosion, casualty, war, terrorism, embargo, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, act of God, or the intervention of any government authority, or similar cause beyond our control.

This Policy and Customer Agreements

This policy supersedes any other agreement(s) that may be between us.

CCPA, GDPR, and LGPD Fees

Any fees charged to process a request made under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 to § 1798.199, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation or Brazil's General Law on Protection of Personal Data, Law No. 13,709/2018, whether the processing is voluntary or by legal mandate, are not eligible for a refund.
